- Commission is 40% of each successful subscription payment (GST-exclusive), paid on every renewal for as long as the referred client stays subscribed.
- It stops when the client cancels or a payment fails or goes unpaid, and restarts if they pay again.

Is the commission one-time or recurring?
Recurring: you earn 40% of every payment your client makes, month after month, for as long as they stay subscribed. Clients on yearly billing (12 months at 20% off) earn you 40% of the discounted yearly amount each time they renew — for example ₹3,836 a year on the Growth plan (₹9,590).
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are made once a month, [by the 10th of the following month], via [bank transfer / UPI] once your balance reaches [₹1,000]. TDS applies as explained below, and GST-registered resellers raise a GST invoice (18%) on their commission.
Is TDS deducted on my commission?
Yes, once your commission for the financial year (April–March) goes above ₹20,000. TDS is 2% under Section 393 of the Income-tax Act, 2025 (formerly Section 194H). When you cross ₹20,000, TDS applies to the whole year’s commission — so the catch-up for earlier payouts is deducted from that month’s payout, and later payouts have 2% deducted.

Example: commission of ₹18,905.20 from April–July has no TDS. August brings the year’s total to ₹22,102.80, so ₹442.06 (2% of ₹22,102.80) is deducted from August’s payout, and 2% from each payout after that.
No surcharge or cess applies for resident resellers. You’ll receive a TDS certificate every quarter. Rates as of FY 2026-27; confirm with your CA.
What happens if my client cancels or gets a refund?
Commission stops when a client cancels or doesn’t pay, and restarts automatically if they pay again. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on that payment is reversed.
How are clients attributed to me?
Through your referral link (tracked for [60 days] after the click) or your personal coupon code entered at signup. You can also add clients and start their trial directly from your panel.
Do I need a company or GST registration to join?
No. Individuals, freelancers and firms can all apply. You must submit your PAN (without a valid PAN, TDS is 20%). If you are GST-registered, you raise a GST invoice (18%) on your commission.
